Madhuram Apparels is located out in the MIDC area of Khairne. It’s in Navi Mumbai, specifically at A-29 in the TTC zone. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of noise and movement. We have been here for a good amount of time. The building isn’t anything special to look at, just a standard factory setup. Inside, it’s mostly sewing machines and stacks of material. We make clothes. It is a lot of work coordinating the shifts and making sure the machines are running okay. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them on the fly. Navi Mumbai is a good spot for us because of the transport links. Most of our staff live nearby or commute from the suburbs. It’s a long day for everyone. We handle the manufacturing side of things. It’s a Private Limited company on paper, but on the floor, it feels like any other workshop. We try to stay busy. There is always a deadline coming up. The heat in the MIDC can be tough during the summer months. We just focus on getting the orders finished and out the door. No fancy reception area here, just a lot of fabric and hard work. If you find yourself in Khairne, you’ll see plenty of places like ours, but we take pride in just staying steady and making sure the stuff we make isn't falling apart. It’s just how we do things every single day to stay afloat.
