We have been at W-12 in the Pawna MIDC area for quite a while now. It is a busy spot, mostly industrial, which suits us just fine. Karandikars Cashell Pvt. Ltd. isn't a huge operation with fancy offices or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. People around here know where to find us if they need something. The building is pretty standard for this part of town. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with all the other units nearby, but that’s just how it is in the MIDC. We don't spend much time on the internet or writing things like this, usually we’re just busy with the daily tasks. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, more shops opening up and more traffic on the main roads. It is a practical place to be based. We keep things straightforward. If you are driving through Pawna, you will see our sign. It is not flashy at all. Most of our day is spent handling the routine stuff that keeps the business moving. There’s a tea stall down the road where we usually take a break in the afternoon. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write polished speeches for us. It is just us here. We deal with whatever comes through the door. It is a quiet life in some ways, even with the machinery. We focus on getting things right without making a big fuss.
