Karandikars Cashell Private Limited

We are located at Plot W-12 in the Pawane part of the TTC Industrial Area. It is a big industrial zone, and our place is just one of many units along the road. Karandikars Cashell Private Limited is where we handle all our production and office work. The area can get quite dusty with all the construction and trucks moving around, but that is just how it is in MIDC. We have a workshop floor and some office space upstairs. Our daily life revolves around checking the machines and making sure the staff has what they need to finish the day's tasks. We deal with specific industrial materials that require a lot of attention to detail. It is not always easy, especially when the power fluctuates or a machine needs a spare part that takes days to arrive. We have been working in Pawane for years, so we know most of our neighbors. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot. There is no fancy signage or big reception area here. We just have a gate and a small yard for loading stuff. The focus is always on the actual work being done on the floor. We are just regular people who know our trade well and spend our days making sure the output is consistent. It’s a bit noisy and busy, but we like the pace of it.
