We are located in Khanda Colony, which is over in New Panvel. The specific spot is E 3 2 1 in Sector 8. It’s a fairly easy area to navigate once you get into the colony. Being chartered accountants, our days are mostly filled with a lot of paperwork and looking at numbers on screens. It gets pretty hectic around tax time, and the office usually ends up with stacks of folders everywhere. Right now, it’s a bit calmer. The building is a standard residential-commercial mix, which is common around here. You hear the local kids playing outside sometimes or the vegetable vendors calling out. Panvel has changed a lot, but this part feels established. We’ve got some basic desks and a few chairs for when people come by to drop off their documents. There is a small tea shop a few doors down that we frequent. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on the audits and the filings. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the walk from the station a bit of a challenge, but we manage. We just keep things simple at Jose Co. Most of the people who come here are locals or small business owners from around the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward life, just counting and checking things all day long. The ceiling fan in the corner has a bit of a wobble, but it still works fine. We usually keep the windows closed during the dusty months.
