Our office is located at B-002 right inside the Sanpada Railway Station Complex. Being next to Mahadev Agency makes it easy for people to find us, though the station area is always loud. It’s a small space, mostly filled with paperwork and some stock we keep on hand. We spend most of our day coordinating things. Since we are right by the tracks, you can hear the trains coming and going every few minutes. It becomes background noise after you’ve worked here long enough. The agency handles a lot of different requests throughout the week. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times everyone shows up at once wanting something done. We don't have a big team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure things move along. The air conditioning in the complex struggles sometimes when it gets really hot outside in Sanpada. We just keep the door open and use a fan. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. Most people who drop by are just passing through the station or work in the nearby shops. We try to be helpful when someone asks a question, even if it’s just for directions. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around. We just want to get through the work without too many mistakes and head home.
