We are located up on the 20th floor of Haware Infotech Park in Vashi. It’s quite a view from Office No. 2002 and 2003, especially when the weather is clear. Being right opposite the Vashi Railway Station makes it easy for everyone to get here, even if the trains are a bit of a squeeze during the morning rush. The Institute Of Industrial Design & Technology has been in this Sector-30A spot for a while now. The elevators can take a bit of time when everyone is arriving at once, so we’ve learned to be patient. Once you’re inside, it’s a lot of focus and quiet work. We have people coming in from all over Navi Mumbai. It’s a busy environment because there’s always someone working on a drawing or a model. We didn't want a place that felt like a stiff corporate office, so things are a bit more relaxed here. There are papers and supplies scattered around sometimes, but that’s just how we work. The atmosphere is pretty practical. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or anything, just the stuff we need to get through the day. Lunch breaks usually involve heading downstairs to find something to eat near the station. It’s a fast-paced area, but we’ve found our own rhythm on the 20th floor. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
