We are based in Sai Sadan, specifically at R.H. No: 9 in Sector-2E of Airoli. It’s a quiet little corner in Navi Mumbai where we run the India Infoline Ltd branch. The office is more like a small house, which makes it feel a bit more personal than a big commercial building. We handle a lot of emails and phone calls, and yes, that email address you see belongs to Pinky Singh who manages a lot of the stuff here. Airoli is a busy place, but our sector stays relatively calm. We spend our days helping people with their trading accounts and making sure their investments are being tracked properly. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people in fancy suits all the time. We’re more likely to be in regular clothes just getting through the day's tasks. Sometimes we have to deal with the heat, but the office stays cool enough. We’ve got a small team here and we mostly just focus on keeping our clients happy without a lot of fuss. People in the neighborhood know where we are if they need to drop off a document or ask a quick question. We don't have a big sign outside, but people find us anyway. It’s a practical setup and it works well for what we do. We just try to stay organized and helpful for the locals.
