You can find us at Vardhaman Bhavan, specifically in Flat 201 on Plot 13. We are located in Sector 18 of Kamothe, which is a growing part of Raigad. Dive Innovations isn't some massive company with a skyscraper. We operate out of this flat because it is comfortable and keeps our costs down, which is better for everyone. We spend our days thinking about new ways to do things, but we aren't flashy about it. The team here is small, mostly just a few friends who decided that working for ourselves was better than the alternative. We’ve had some long nights in this office, especially when we are trying to finish a project on time. Raigad is a nice place to be, and being in Maharashtra gives us plenty of opportunities to connect with others. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at a problem and try to find a way around it. Sometimes we fail, but we just try again the next morning. The atmosphere in our office is pretty relaxed. You won't find anyone wearing a tie here. We just want to do good work and maybe learn something new while we are at it. It’s a simple setup, but it suits us and the way we like to work. We just keep plugging away at our ideas every single day until they actually work.
