Bender India Pvt. Ltd. is based way up on the 8th floor. Specifically, we are in 805, B-Wing. This is in the Technocity building. If you know the MIDC area in Mahape, you know it’s a big industrial hub. We are at Plot No. X-4/1 & X-4/2. The TTC Industrial Area is quite large, so it takes a bit of driving to get around, but Technocity stands out as a landmark. Being on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view, I guess, but mostly we are just focused on the work inside the office. It’s a professional environment because of the building, but we try to keep things grounded as a team. Mahape is a busy place, especially during the work week with everyone coming into the industrial area for their shifts. We have our space here in the B-Wing and it suits us fine. We’ve been part of this industrial zone for a while. It’s where a lot of the real work happens in this part of the world. We don't have any fancy mission statements to tell you about. We just show up to the Technocity plot every day and do what needs to be done. It’s a big building with a lot of different companies, but we’ve made our home in unit 805. It’s a busy life in MIDC, but we like the pace of it. We just keep our heads down and work.
