Vasudhara Dairy Ice Cream Plant

We are located at Plot No.M-12 in the MIDC area. It’s an industrial zone, so our surroundings are mostly other factories and warehouses. Being near the Vadilal Ice Cream Factory means we are in a part of town that’s very focused on production and logistics. Our daily routine at Vasudhara Dairy Ice Cream Plant is mostly about the technical side of things. It’s not like a little shop in a market; it’s more about the machinery, the cold storage, and the trucks coming and going all day. There is always a hum of engines and compressors in the background. We spend a lot of our time checking gauges and making sure the temperature in the storage rooms is exactly where it needs to be. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving crates and dealing with the logistics of the dairy side of the business. The air always feels a bit cooler inside because of all the refrigeration equipment, which is a relief. We wear heavy clothes even when it's summer outside. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the loading docks. We don't get many walk-in customers since we are in the middle of an industrial estate, so we focus on the production work at hand. Most of our day is spent coordinating with drivers and making sure the line keeps moving without any hiccups. It’s hard work, but it is what we know how to do.
