Vaishali Medical Stores

Vaishali Medical Stores is located in the Rathi Complex over in Niphad. We’re pretty easy to spot because we are near the Shivaji statue and right by Lilavati Hospital. Being so close to the hospital means we stay quite busy with people coming in for their prescriptions and other health needs. It’s a small town vibe compared to Mumbai, but Niphad has its own pace. The shop is filled from floor to ceiling with medicine boxes and health supplies. It might look a bit cluttered to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We’ve been serving the local community here for a long time. People come in not just for medicine, but sometimes just to ask a quick question or have a chat. We don’t use any fancy sales tactics. We just stand behind the counter and help whoever walks through the door. The Rathi Complex is a local hub, so there’s always someone we know passing by. It can get a bit dusty with the traffic on the main road, but that’s just life here. We keep the store open long hours to make sure we’re available when someone needs something urgent. It’s a simple, honest business and we take pride in just being there for the neighborhood. We aren't looking to change much, just trying to keep the shelves stocked and the customers satisfied.
