United Engineering Works

Our shop is located at E-48 in the MIDC area of Satpur. It’s a pretty standard industrial shed. We’ve been operating out of here for quite some time now. We do all sorts of engineering jobs, mostly involving metal fabrication and repairs. The inside of the shop is usually dark and smells like burnt metal and oil. We have some old machines that have been with us since the beginning. They might look rough, but they get the job done just fine. We don’t have a marketing team or a sales department. It’s just us doing the actual labor. Most of our days are spent welding or cutting steel. It’s loud, and you have to shout to be heard over the grinders. We don’t put on any acts for people who visit. You’ll see us in our work clothes, probably a bit dirty from the day's tasks. We take our tea outside in the shade when we can find a quiet moment. Satpur is a busy area, so there’s always something going on nearby. We’ve seen businesses come and go, but we’ve managed to stick around this long. We don't have any big corporate plans. We just want to finish the work that’s on the bench today and prepare for what’s coming tomorrow. It’s straightforward work for people who need something built or fixed. We just keep our heads down and stay at it until the job is done.
