We operate out of Bhagirathi Villa, which is sitting in Pendharkar Colony just off Jail Road. It is a quiet enough residential area near Nasik Road. The office is basically part of the house, so it has that lived-in feel to it. We have been doing this for a good number of years now, helping people out with their property and legal paperwork. It is not the kind of place with a big glass front or a secretary sitting at a marble desk. Usually, you will find one of us sitting at a wooden table covered in files and stamps. The colony is pretty peaceful, which helps when we have to concentrate on some of the more boring legal bits that come with the job. We get a lot of neighbors stopping by or people who have been told to find us for their associate needs. Sometimes the garden outside needs a bit of a trim, but we spend most of our daylight hours inside the villa working through whatever comes across the desk. It is a local operation, through and through. We know the roads around here very well. When people come by, they usually just park out front and walk right in. There is no big formality to how we work. We just sit down, look at the papers, and try to get the work finished so people can move on with their own plans. It is just how we work.
