Superb Minerals India Pvt. Ltd. is based at Gargoti D-59 in the MIDC area of Male Gaun. We have been working out of this industrial shed for quite a few years now. The yard is usually filled with different types of rocks and minerals that we get from various mines. It is a dusty job, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the day. My cousin and I run the daily operations here. We don't have a fancy front office or anything like that. If you come by, you'll probably find us near the loading area checking the weight of the bags. We focus on getting the minerals crushed or sorted to the right size that the customers ask for. The MIDC can be a busy place with trucks coming and going all the time, so we have to stay alert. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work is done properly and the shipments go out on the trucks as scheduled. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a local mineral business. It's a lot of hard work and long hours, but we've gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We just take things one day at a time here in Male Gaun.
