Our office is located at No. 103 Royal Residency, which is in Sarawati Colony. It’s right near the K. K. Wagh Agri College in Panchawati, so there are always students and teachers moving about outside. Srmv Import Export Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle all our daily business. We’ve got a view of the street, which can be quite lively during the day. Inside, things are usually a bit quieter, except when the phones are ringing off the hook. We deal with various imports and exports, so there’s always something new to learn about. The space in Royal Residency is comfortable enough for our team. We have been in this part of Panchawati for a while and we’ve gotten to know the local shops and cafes pretty well. Most of our work is done at the computer, making sure all the customs forms and shipping dates are correct. It’s a lot of detail work that people don’t always see. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything. It is just a group of us working hard to make sure things get from point A to point B. Sometimes the internet is slow or a shipment gets delayed, but we just take it in stride. We like the neighborhood and the people around here are generally friendly to us.
