We have been at Vine House for quite a while now. It is located in Saptshrungi Colony, right off Gangapur Road. Mostly we just handle the day-to-day tasks of Indiana Import And Export from this spot. It gets really busy during the middle of the week, especially when new shipments are coming in or things are finally headed out the door. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that to show off. It is just a working space for us. My desk is usually covered in random papers and tracking forms that I need to get through. We deal with stuff moving in and out of the country, which can be a real headache with all the paperwork sometimes. But we have figured out a system that works for our small group. The neighbors around Gangapur Road probably know us as the quiet lot who are always on the phone with customs or shipping agents. We started small and stayed that way because it is just easier to keep track of things ourselves. You will not find us spending money on glossy brochures or big ads. We would rather just get the job done and go home to our families at a decent hour. It is a lot of coordination, making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble along the way. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, and we have to spend all day sorting it out. That is just the business.
