Our factory is at B 40 in the Musalgaon MIDC area of Sinnar. If you know this part of the industrial zone, it's pretty much all factories and warehouses for miles. We work with polymers, which involves a lot of heat and machines running most of the time. The sound of the machinery is something you just get used to after a week or two. It’s a big space but it fills up fast with raw materials and finished products waiting to go out. The MIDC can be a bit quiet on the weekends, but during the week it's full of life. We spend a lot of time monitoring the production lines to make sure everything is running okay. It’s not the kind of job where you sit at a desk all day. We are usually on the floor, checking things and making sure the plastic parts come out right. The commute to Sinnar can be long for some of us, but it’s a good area to work in because everything is set up for industry. We have our own routine here, starting early before the sun gets too hot. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. We just focus on the manufacturing and making sure the orders are packed up properly. It’s a lot of manual work and paying attention to small details in the polymer mix. It gets very warm in the afternoons, but we just keep the machines going.
