We set up our little office here in Flat Number 2 at the Landmark Society on College Road a while back. It’s a busy part of Nashik and there is always something going on outside. Dealing with milk and dairy things means our days start pretty early, often before the sun is even up properly. Most of the time you will find us sitting around the table here, checking over schedules or talking to the folks who handle the transport. The apartment isn't huge but it fits what we need to get through the day. College Road has a lot of traffic, especially in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the heavy work done before the noise gets too loud. It is just a handful of us working on the lactomilk business, making sure the numbers add up and the deliveries are moving like they should. We don't have fancy decorations or big signs, just a practical space where we can focus. Sometimes the neighbors pop by or we head downstairs to grab a quick tea when things get a bit slow. It's a simple way of working, really. We handle the paperwork, take the calls, and keep things moving from this corner of Nashik. It isn't a corporate skyscraper, just a regular place where we do our thing every day. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building and the way the light comes through the window in the afternoon while we finish up.
