Sq Engineering

Sq Engineering is tucked away on the first floor of the Shama Complex on Agra Road in Malegaon. If you know the area, you know how busy Agra Road can get with all the trucks and people moving through. Our office is number one, right at the top of the stairs. It’s not a huge space, but we have enough room for our drafting tables and the computers we use for our designs. There is always a layer of dust from the road that seems to find its way inside no matter how much we sweep. We spend our days looking at blueprints and trying to figure out how to make things work for the local projects we take on. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a bit, so we just sit and talk until it comes back. It’s mostly just us in here, working through the numbers and the technical drawings. We’ve been in Malegaon for a good bit now and have seen the complex change over the years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the work on our desks to worry about that. People come by with questions about metal parts or machine setups, and we do what we can to help them out. It’s practical work, and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is.
