Shafi Shakil Ismail is over at 2 Seema Apartment on N D Patel Road. This part of Nashik is always humming with activity, especially with all the commercial transport and shops nearby. The office is on the ground level of the apartment building, making it pretty simple to walk in and out. It is a basic space, nothing too elaborate or modern. We have been here for a while and the walls are lined with various documents and registers that we use for our daily work. N D Patel Road can be quite dusty and loud with all the trucks and cars, but we have gotten used to the noise over time. Inside, it is just a regular workplace where we sit and handle the things that need to be done. We do not have any big corporate mission or anything like that, we just show up and do the work. The layout is simple with a couple of tables and chairs for whoever needs to sit down and talk. It is the kind of place where you might find a stack of old newspapers in the corner or a tea cup on the desk from earlier in the morning. We just focus on getting through our list of things to do. It is a humble setup that works for us, right in the heart of a very busy part of the city. We don't try to be something we aren't, we just stick to what we know.
