Catalyst(The)

Our office is tucked away at Flat No.6 in Revati Enclave. It is a quiet residential-style building, which suits us just fine because we don't need a lot of noise while we work. The name Catalyst might sound a bit formal, but we are just a small group of people handling various business tasks. We spend most of our hours at our desks, working through whatever projects have come in that week. It is not a corporate setting with a fancy lobby or a receptionist. It is just a regular room where we get things done. Most of our day is spent on the computer or on the phone, trying to sort out the details for our clients. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy with neighbors, but we just keep our heads down. We have stayed in this spot because it is easy for us to get to and it has everything we need to function. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do honest work and make sure the people we work with are satisfied. It is a very simple operation, really. No big meetings or long-winded mission statements. We just show up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and go home. It’s a practical way to run a business and it has worked for us so far in our little corner of Revati Enclave.
