If you walk down Phathardi Rane Nagar Road in Nashik, you’ll see us at Shop No. 14 in the Panini Society. We are right opposite Om Sai Hotel, which helps people find us. Sarvadnya Dairy And Icecream Parlour is where we spend all our time. The morning starts early because the milk delivery comes in before the sun is even up properly. We have to get the milk, curd, and paneer all set in the fridge. Later in the day, the kids start coming by for ice cream, especially when school lets out. Pathardi Phata is a busy area, so there is always a bit of a crowd near the shop. We keep the freezers humming all day long. It’s a lot of cleaning because dairy can get messy if you aren't careful. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local spot where you can get fresh dairy items. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to worry about the ice cream melting, but we usually manage. My family helps out behind the counter when things get busy in the evenings. It’s a good feeling when someone likes the lassi or finds their favorite flavor of ice cream in the freezer. We don't have any fancy displays. We just put the stuff out and hope people find what they like. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night every day.
