Our facility is located at Plot No-10 and 11, on Gat No-423 in Tale Gaon. It is near the Igatpuri area, or what some of the locals call Tigat Puri. We work on electrical components and different types of assemblies. The area around us is quite open and can get very green and wet during the monsoon months. Inside the building, it is mostly long benches with soldering irons, wires, and testing equipment. It is a bit of a drive to get here, but it is quiet enough to focus on the technical stuff we do. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a bit now. The lighting inside is kept very bright so we can see the small parts we are putting together. Sometimes we have issues with the transport trucks coming up the hills, especially when the weather is bad and the roads get slick. We keep a lot of inventory on the shelves, categorized in different plastic bins so we can find things. It is not a perfectly clean room, but we try our best to keep the dust off the electronics. We spend the day building circuits and checking them one by one to make sure they work. There is a small area in the corner where we have our tea and talk about the news. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do.
