We've been at Nidhi Park in Vakil Wadi for quite a while now. Being right across from the Agnishamak Dal makes it easy for folks to find us without getting lost. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when the deliveries come in and we're trying to get everything sorted out on the shelves. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and making sure the inventory matches up with what we thought we had in the logs. Most of us here grew up nearby, so we know the regulars who stop in for a chat or to pick up what they need. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped, especially when we get a big shipment of retail goods, but we manage to keep things moving. English Channel Retail Network Company isn't some fancy high-rise office. It’s just us working through the daily tasks. We deal with all sorts of items throughout the week. Sometimes it’s quiet and we spend time tidying up the back room or fixing a light that’s been flickering for days. Other days, the phone won’t stop ringing and everyone is asking for something different at once. We try to keep a decent stock of what people actually need around here. Working in the Vakil Wadi area has its own rhythm. The traffic outside can get loud, and the weather gets hot, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. It’s about getting the job done and staying open for whoever walks through the door.
