Sanjeri Kirana

Sanjeri Kirana is located at Shop No. 1 in the Anand Building. You can find us in Hirve Nagar, which is off Wadala Road in Nashik. We are quite close to the Mhasoba Mandir, which is a place everyone around here knows. The shop is small and simple, just like the rest of the neighborhood. We don’t have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s mostly just shelves filled with the things people use in their kitchens every day, like flour and oil. We spend a lot of time sitting by the entrance, waiting for the next person to come by for a small packet of something. The Anand Building is an older place, so we’ve seen many neighbors come and go over the years. Wadala Road can get pretty busy, but Hirve Nagar stays a bit quieter. We handle all the work ourselves, from carrying the heavy sacks to sweeping up at night. It’s a lot of small tasks that fill up the day. We don’t really have a big story to tell, just that we are here every day. When the festivals come around, it gets a bit more crowded, but mostly it’s just a steady pace. We just focus on keeping the inventory full and making sure we don’t run out of the basics that the families around here rely on.
