Saheb Salon & Academy

Saheb Salon & Academy is situated in Shop No 4 at the Dandane Complex on Nashik Road. Being so close to the railway station means there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. We have been here in Nashik for some time, handling both the salon side and the academy where we teach. It is not a quiet place, but that is how we like it. The mornings involve setting up the workstations and checking on the students who come here to learn the trade. We have several chairs lined up and the mirrors stay busy from morning till evening. It is a practical setup meant for real work. Students practice their techniques while we handle the regular customers who come in from the surrounding residential areas. Nashik Road is a busy stretch, so we get a mix of people just passing through and regulars who have lived here for decades. The academy part keeps us on our toes because there is always someone asking questions or trying to get a particular cut just right. We use standard tools and products that we know work well. It is a place of learning and doing, without much fuss. Sometimes the tea man comes by and things slow down for five minutes, but then it is right back to the scissors and combs. We just try to do an honest job every single day for the people who visit us.
