Rotomatic Containers Pvt. Ltd. is located over at F-4 in MIDC Ambad. If you know the area, it’s mostly factories and workshops like ours. We spend our time working with plastic and heavy molds. It gets pretty warm inside during the afternoons, especially near the machines where the containers are formed. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just stay busy with the orders that come in. Most of us have been working here for years. We know where every tool is kept and which machine has a bit of a temper. The office part of the building is small because we prefer being out where the actual work happens. When someone calls, they usually talk to whoever is closest to the desk. We don't have fancy scripts to follow. We just tell people what we have in stock and when it might be ready. The MIDC Ambad area is a good place for a business like ours because everyone understands the practical side of things. There’s always dust and the smell of cooling plastic in the air. We don’t spend money on expensive signs or decorations. The sign outside just says Rotomatic Containers Pvt. Ltd., and that’s enough. We just focus on making sure the containers are sturdy and don't leak. It’s plain work, but it keeps us going. We’re usually here from early morning until the last load is moved. It’s not glamorous, but we like the routine of it.
