Pushp Caterers

Our place is located at 4 Anandvan Apt in Tarwala Ngr. It’s right there on Dindori Rd, near the Dindori Naka. Pushp Caterers is basically just a few of us who know how to cook for a crowd. We started out small, just doing food for neighbors, and then it grew a little bit over the years. We aren't a massive operation with uniforms and all that. It’s more about getting the job done right. The kitchen is where we spend most of our time. It’s tucked away in the building, so you might miss it if you aren’t looking. We do a lot of traditional meals for local functions. It’s messy work sometimes, cleaning up after a big party, but that’s the business. We buy our grains and spices from the same market we’ve used for a decade. It’s reliable that way. I usually handle the bookings on my old phone while I’m prepping the vegetables. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just drop by the apartment or give us a call when they have a function coming up. Sometimes the delivery van acts up, but we make sure the food gets there. It’s just a normal local business trying to keep things going. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. It's a simple life, really, just cooking and serving and making sure the pots are scrubbed clean for the next morning.
