Our place is at L-10 in the Utility Center on Sharanpur Road. It is right across from Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, which is a big landmark in Nashik, so people usually do not have much trouble finding our door. The office is a bit small and mostly filled with folders, banners, and random stuff from past events we have done. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or sitting at the table trying to figure out schedules. It is not a very polished place, just a working space where we keep our tools and supplies. Some days it is very quiet and other days it feels like everyone is talking at once. We have been in this spot for a while and we have gotten to know the other shop owners in the Utility Center. The parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but that is just how it is on Sharanpur Road. We are not big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We usually just sit down with a cup of tea and talk through what needs to be done for the next job. It is a lot of logistics and making sure we have enough people to help out with the heavy lifting. We do a bit of everything when it comes to organizing things. It is mostly just making sure equipment shows up where it is supposed to be on time. We keep it simple and try to stay out of the way.
