Being on the third floor of Yash Plaza means a lot of stairs every day. We are right on the Ambad Link Road in the Kamatwade area of Nashik. It is a lively part of town, especially near Abhiyanta Nagar. You can hear the bikes and trucks going by all day long. The office is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a few tables, and the usual stuff you find in a classroom. It isn't some high-end air-conditioned suite, just a practical space where we sit down and get through the lessons. In the afternoons, the sun hits the front windows pretty hard, so we usually keep the curtains drawn to stay cool. We handle everything ourselves here, from sweeping the floor to talking to parents who drop by. There is no big marketing team behind us. It is just us doing our jobs in this corner of Nashik. The building gets busy since there are other offices around too. Sometimes the lift works, but sometimes it is better to just walk up. We have been in Kamatwade for a bit, so we know the local shops and the tea stall nearby quite well. It is a simple routine. We show up, we teach, and we go home. No fancy slogans or big promises, just a place for students to come and sit with their books for a couple of hours. We just try to be helpful and keep the place running as best as we can.
