Nabha Agro Industries

Nabha Agro Industries is tucked away in Gala No.-9 at the Vidya Nagari Complex. We’re part of the Surya Nagari area in the MIDC Industrial Area. It’s a busy place with lots of trucks and machines going all day and night. We’ve been here since the complex first opened up. It’s an industrial spot, so it’s not very pretty to look at, but it’s perfect for what we do. We handle agro products and processing. The gala is a bit small but we use every inch of it for our machinery. We have a few workers who’ve been with us from the very start. We don't have a human resources department or any of those fancy things. We just talk to each other and get things sorted. The noise from the other units in MIDC can be very loud sometimes, but you get used to it after a week. We aren't trying to be the biggest industry in the whole state. We just want to keep our customers happy and our machines running smooth. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend the whole day fixing it ourselves with our own tools. It’s real hands-on work. We don't wear suits here. It’s mostly work clothes and boots that get a bit dirty. Surya Nagari is a good location for us because of the transport links for the trucks. We get our supplies in and our products out without too much trouble.
