Our place is a bit different because we are located in Flat No 12 of the Shapoorji Society. It is right in Maneksha Nagar, Dwarka. Being in a residential society makes the whole vibe a lot more relaxed than being on a main commercial street. We started MLC Infotech as a way to handle IT services and data work without needing a huge, expensive office space. It’s mostly just us in a couple of rooms with our servers and workstations. It works out well for us because it is quiet and we can really focus on the coding or the troubleshooting we need to do. People from the society sometimes drop by to ask for help with their home wifi or a slow computer, and we don't mind helping out when we can. We’ve been here long enough that most of the security guards and neighbors know what we do. We aren't trying to be some massive tech giant; we just want to provide good, reliable tech help to the people and businesses that reach out to us. There is usually a pot of tea going and some papers piled up on the desks. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so if the door is locked, we are probably just busy with a project. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We take pride in just figuring things out and keeping the systems running smoothly without making a big fuss about it for everyone.
