Media Soft Solution

Our office is located at House No-N-9C-15/2, right near Tulja Bhawani Chowk in Old Cidco. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular space where we have our computers and desks set up. We mostly help local people and small businesses with their software problems or setting up basic systems. A lot of the time, we’re just sitting here staring at screens trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't working or why a database is slow. It can be quiet some days and then completely hectic the next when three people call with emergencies at the same time. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know our way around a computer. We’ve got cables running everywhere and a few half-empty coffee mugs on the desks usually. People from the neighborhood often drop by because they’re having trouble with their internet or need some simple help with an app. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We’ve been in Old Cidco for a bit now and like being close to the Tulja Bhawani Mandir. It’s a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We just try to get the work done and hope the electricity doesn't cut out in the middle of a big update. That is our daily life here.
