Matoshri Sound System & Lights

Matoshri Sound System & Lights is situated right in Satpur Gaon, Nashik. You can find us near the Sakal Circle area. We are tucked behind the Ibis Hotel in Satpur. It is a busy spot but we like it here. My family and I have been handling sound and lighting stuff for a long time now. We have a lot of heavy speakers and tangled wires sitting in the back of the shop. When someone has a function, we load up the truck and head out. It’s usually a lot of lifting and moving things around. We don't have any fancy reception area or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we test the bulbs and check the audio mixers. Sometimes the neighbors hear us testing the bass, but they are used to it. Satpur is a good place for a business like ours because we can get to different parts of Nashik pretty quickly. We mostly help out with local events and weddings. It is honest work and it keeps us busy through the season. Usually, we are out at a site until very late at night. Then we come back and unload everything. It’s a bit of a cycle. We try to keep things simple and just focus on making sure the lights turn on and the sound is clear enough for everyone to hear. It’s not always easy but it is what we do to earn a living. The shop floor is always covered in something, whether it’s a toolbox or spare light bulbs. We just keep going.
