Luxmi Super Market

Luxmi Super Market is situated at Shop No. 1 and 2 in the Kapil Apartment building on Deepali Nagar Road in Nashik. Because we have two shop spaces joined together, we have a bit more room than some of the other stores in the area. This allows us to keep a wider variety of items on the shelves. We have everything from different brands of cooking oil to household cleaning supplies and various types of flour. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it swept, though people bring in a lot of sand from the road. Deepali Nagar is a residential neighborhood, so most of our customers are families who live within walking distance. We have been in this spot for a while now and we know exactly what people in this part of Nashik like to buy. The shelves are mostly made of metal and we have them lined up to create small aisles that people can walk through. It is not a huge supermarket like you see in the big malls, but it is a step up from a tiny corner shop. We do not have any fancy uniforms, just us in our regular clothes helping people find what they need. Sometimes the billing takes a little longer when it is busy, but nobody seems to mind much. It is just a practical place for daily shopping.
