Guddu Kirana & General Stores

Guddu Kirana & General Stores is located in Harinagari Co. Op. Soc. along the Baghbanpura Road. We are quite close to Dwarka Circle, which is a very busy part of Nashik. Having a shop here means there is always noise from the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while. We sell a bit of everything, from kitchen spices to bathroom supplies. The shop is often packed with sacks of rice or flour that we have to step around. It’s a bit of a squeeze when the morning rush happens. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just open the shutters in the morning and stay until late evening. Sometimes we sit outside on a plastic chair when it's slow. Most of our customers are neighbors from the Harinagari society who just need a few things for their daily cooking. We know who likes which brand of tea and who usually forgets to bring a bag. It’s a very local way of doing things. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the billing is all done by hand on paper pads. We don't use computers or fancy machines. It’s just us, the goods, and the people who walk in. If the rain is heavy, the street gets a bit muddy, but people still come by. That’s just the way it is for a small kirana store in Dwarka.
