We’ve been running things here at Jivanvihar Housing Society for a while now. Our spot is Flat 23, right on the Sojai Bhavani Road near Nashik Road. It’s a quiet enough area, mostly residential, so people don’t get too distracted when they come by. The building is older but it works for what we do with the students. We spend most of our mornings getting the materials ready and making sure the chairs are set up. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular room where we handle the Exaprep Education business. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud when the buses go toward the station, but you get used to it. We keep a few books around and a computer for the admin work. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s just a handful of us working here. We usually close up early in the evening once the last session wraps up. If you’re walking down the road, you might miss the sign if you aren’t looking for it. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a big reception desk or a waiting area with magazines. People just come in, do what they need to do, and head home. That’s how we like to keep it. No fuss, just a place to get things done in this part of Nashik.
