Eva Event Planners

We are Eva Event Planners and we work out of Sargam Bangalow on Pipeline Road in Satpur, Nashik. The bungalow is in Vivekanand Nagar, right behind Madhur Sweets. It’s a nice enough place to work, much better than being in a crowded office building. We use a couple of the rooms to store decorations, lights, and all the other things we need for events. It can get a bit cluttered with rolls of fabric and boxes of centerpieces, but we know where everything is. The area around Madhur Sweets is always busy, especially in the evenings when people are out. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. Planning things is mostly just about keeping track of details and making sure people show up when they say they will. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing lists on legal pads. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who don't mind getting our hands dirty moving furniture or setting up tents in the sun. Sometimes things go wrong, like the weather changing or a delivery being late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s the reality of it. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big sales pitch. People usually hear about us from friends or family members. It’s a local business run out of a house, and we like it that way. It feels more real and honest to us.
