Enermax Systems

If you head over to M-76 in Midc Ambad, that is where we are. Enermax Systems operates out of this unit. It’s an industrial area, so don't expect anything too pretty. We’ve got a lot of metal and tools around. The air smells like grease and work. We’ve been here at M-76 for a good stretch of time. Enermax Systems is just a small group of us. We don't have a human resources department or a fancy coffee machine. We just make our own tea in the back. The neighbors are mostly doing similar work. We hear the sounds of welding and trucks all day. It’s a steady rhythm. We keep our logs in a big notebook. Sometimes we lose a pen and have to hunt for it. It's just a normal way of working. We don't put on any acts. If the work is hard, we say so. We don't have a polished website or anything. We just rely on people knowing where we are. The building is a bit old, but it does what we need it to do. We keep the tools organized mostly. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered when a big job comes in. We just move things around to make space. It's how we've always done it. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done.
