We are based out in the Ambad MIDC area of Nashik, specifically at G-48 and G-48/1. It’s a proper industrial zone, so you’ll hear the sound of machines and see trucks moving in and out all day long. We’ve got a couple of sheds here where we handle all our fabrication and innovation work. It’s not the cleanest environment—there’s usually some dust and the smell of cut metal—but that’s what a real workshop looks like. We’ve been part of the Nashik industrial scene for a while now and we like it here. The weather in Nashik is usually decent, which helps when you’re working in a large open shed. We don't have any marketing people on staff, so we don't really have any polished speeches about what we do. We just take the orders, look at the drawings, and start building. It’s a straightforward way of working. Most of our guys have been doing this for years and they don't need much direction. We just get on with it. If you walk into G-48, you’ll probably find us mid-task, maybe with some tea nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the stuff we build actually works right. It’s a practical life here in Ambad, and we wouldn't really have it any other way.
