Our office for Shreeram Yatra Company Pvt. Ltd. is on the first floor of the Time Square Building, which is right above the State Bank of India in the Dwarka area. It is a busy spot and people often get confused with the stairs, but once you see the bank sign, you know you are in the right place. We spend most of our time on the phone or sitting at our desks looking at bus schedules and hotel bookings. Traveling can be a real headache to plan, so we ended up doing this for a living. We handle a lot of pilgrim trips because that is what most people around here want. The office isn't very big, and we have maps and calendars pinned all over the walls. Sometimes it gets quite loud when three of us are talking to different clients at the same time. We have been in this Dwarka location for a while now. The building has a lot of other offices too, so there is always people moving around. We do not really do much advertising; mostly it is just people from the neighborhood or someone who heard about us from a relative. We keep a teapot in the corner because the days get long when we are trying to coordinate with drivers in different cities. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong with the traffic or weather, but we just deal with it as it comes.
