Durian Industry Ltd.

Our office is located on the first floor, right near the Vijamamta Theatre on the Nasik-Pune Road. Being on such a busy road means there’s always noise from the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while. Durian Industry Ltd. has been operating from this spot for some time now. It’s a convenient location for people traveling between Nasik and Pune since they can just pull off the main road. We spend most of our days dealing with the usual industry paperwork and coordinating things from the desk. The theater nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We aren't a massive flashy operation, just a regular office space where we handle our business. Some mornings the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep if you're carrying a lot of files. We have a few desks set up and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It stays pretty busy during the week. We don't really go for anything too polished or fancy in here. It’s just a place to get the work finished and keep things moving along. Sometimes we grab tea from the stalls downstairs when things get hectic. It’s a practical setup that works for what we do. We like being in this part of town because everything is accessible and the road connects us to everywhere we need to be. We just focus on our own paperwork and keep the lights on.
