Devesh Ice Cream And Soda

We are over at Plot No 10 in the Park Prabha Apartment building. It is right on Jail Road in the Nashik Road area, near a place called Rajarajeshwari Karela. Nashik Road is a busy part of the city, and Jail Road has a lot of traffic going back and forth all day long. Devesh Ice Cream And Soda is a small business where we serve a bit of both. The soda machine is usually going all afternoon because people like the fizz when it is hot outside. Being in an apartment building means we have a lot of the residents coming down in their slippers just to get a treat. It feels very local here. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the essential equipment and some places for folks to stand or sit. The apartment complex is fairly well-known in this part of Nashik, so we don't have to explain where we are very often. We spend our time refilling the soda syrups and making sure the ice cream stays at the right temperature. It can get a bit loud with the traffic from Jail Road, but we are used to it by now. We usually start our day by cleaning the machines and checking the stock. It is a steady life, just serving the people who live nearby and the folks passing through on their way to work. When the sun goes down, the street lights come on and we finish up for the day.
