We run Datir Dairy Products Private Limited from Sinnar, which is in the Nashik area. Our place is on Sharadwadi Road in Shikshak Colony, house number 3083. Shivaji Nagar is a busy little part of town. Working with dairy means our days start very early. We are usually up before the sun to handle the milk and other products. It’s a local business through and through. The 422305 area has been our home for quite a while. We aren't a massive factory, just a solid local operation. We have some coolers and processing equipment in the back. People from the colony often stop by to see what's fresh. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the milk and making sure everything is handled right. Sinnar is a good place for this kind of work. The Sharadwadi Road gets quite a bit of traffic, so we are easy to find. It’s a lot of washing up and keeping things sanitary, which takes up most of our time. We keep the books in a small corner of the building. It’s a family-run setup even if we are registered as a private limited. We’ve been here for years and know most of the people around Shivaji Nagar. It’s a good, honest way to make a living. We just get on with it and try to stay organized.
