Condura Construction Chemical Pvt Ltd is located in G-1 of Rounk Heights. We are right near Soni Paithani and just opposite Nelson Hospital on Sharanpur Road. Racca Colony is a nice part of town, and being here makes it easy for folks to drop in. Our office is more like a mix between a storage room and a desk space. We have stacks of containers and bags filled with different construction chemicals all over the place. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when we get a big shipment in. We deal with stuff for waterproofing, flooring, and all sorts of building repairs. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or helping people pick out the right product for their house or project. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important because nobody wants a leaky roof or a cracked floor. We’ve got a small crew who knows the products well. We don't really do the big fancy corporate meetings. Usually, we just sit around the main desk and figure out who needs what delivered. The area gets quite a bit of foot traffic because of the hospital and the shops nearby. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking right out front, but we make do. It’s a practical business run by people who actually understand how these chemicals work on a real job site. I guess we've been at this long enough to know most of the local contractors by name.
