Condura Conchem

Condura Conchem is run out of Raman Apartments on Kathe Lane in the Dwarka area of Nashik. We are in Flat Number 4. It might seem a bit unusual to have a construction chemical business in an apartment building, but it works well for us. We handle all sorts of chemicals for building and repairs. Nashik is growing so fast these days, and there are new houses and buildings going up everywhere you look. We spend our time talking to local builders and homeowners who are trying to fix up their places. Usually, they have a leak or some dampness they need to get rid of, and they come to us for the right products. We are not a big company with a huge warehouse. It is just a few of us managing the orders and giving out advice on how to use the stuff. The apartment is mostly filled with paperwork and some sample buckets. We do not have any big speeches or marketing plans. We just know our products well and we try to be helpful when someone walks in. It is a bit more personal than going to a big industrial supplier. We have lived in Nashik for a long time, so we know the local climate and what kind of problems builders here usually face. It is just a small, local way of doing things.
