If you walk down toward Makhamalabad Road in Panchavati, you’ll find us at Bsw Masale. We are located at Plot No.1/2 in Kranti Nagar. It’s a quiet enough area, but the smell of spices usually gives away where we are before you even see the sign. We spend a lot of time sorting through raw materials and making sure the grinders are running right. It gets a bit dusty inside, but that’s part of the job when you’re working with masale every day. My brother and I started this because we knew the local market needed someone reliable who didn't charge a fortune for basic kitchen essentials. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it's just us and a few helpers from the neighborhood making sure the packets are filled and sealed properly. The machinery can be loud sometimes, which the neighbors probably don't love, but we try to finish up by early evening to keep the peace. We see a lot of regulars who come by just to check what’s fresh that week or to complain about the heat. It’s not a high-tech operation, just some good machines and people who know how to use them. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait around, which gives us a chance to have some tea and relax. We take things as they come and don’t worry about being the biggest name in Nashik. We just focus on the work.
