Our place is right on Nashik Road. It is a busy area because of the railway station being close by. You can always hear the horns and the general noise of people moving around. We have been working out of this space for some time. It is just a few rooms where we set up tables and chairs for the students. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which helps because a lot of dust comes in from the street. We don't have a big sign, just enough so people can find the entrance. In the afternoons, the sun hits the front windows quite hard, so we use thick curtains to keep it cool inside. Most of our day is spent sitting with books and answering questions. It is a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once, but we manage. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when there is a break. The stairs are a bit narrow, so everyone has to go up one by one. It is a very normal, local spot. We keep some old registers in the corner and a water pot for anyone who is thirsty. It is just a regular part of life here in 422101. We like the location because it is easy for everyone to reach by bus or auto. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork while the streetlights come on outside.
