We are located in a building called Anmol Nayantara Gold, specifically at Flat 31. This is near the old Hotel Jupiter on the Mumbai Agra Road. That road is basically the main artery for anyone traveling through this part of the region, so there are always trucks and buses roaring past. It is a very busy environment outside. Our building, Anmol Nayantara Gold, is a bit more modern, but our office inside is just a working space. We are part of the hospitality industry, so things are always moving fast for us. We handle the management for Blu Lotus Hospitality from this flat. It is not a huge team, so we know each other well. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the phone ringing and people trying to coordinate things across different locations. The area around Mumbai Agra Road has changed a lot, with new developments coming up near the highway. We have some neighbors who are also running small businesses out of their flats. We keep some basic furniture and a lot of files. It’s a practical setup. The afternoon sun hits the windows pretty hard, so we usually keep the curtains drawn to stay cool. It is just a regular place where we put in the hours every day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist; we just focus on getting the work done.
