Bhagwati Granites

We are located at Plot No.-285/6 on the Aurangabad Road. It is easy to find us because we are right opposite Laxmi Lawns. Also, the Janardan Swami Ashram in Panchavati is very close by. Our yard is filled with all sorts of granite and stone slabs. We spend our days out there moving pieces around and showing people the different colors we have. The Aurangabad Road can get pretty loud with all the trucks passing by, but we are used to it by now. We have a variety of stones that come from different places. Some are dark and some are light with lots of spots. People come here when they are building a house or fixing up a room. We just let them walk around the rows of stone to see what they like. It is hard work because stone is so heavy and you have to be careful not to chip the edges. We use a small crane to lift the bigger slabs. The office is just a small room where we keep our papers and sit down when it gets too hot outside. We don't have any fancy displays. The slabs are the display. If you are coming from Panchavati, just look for the lawns and you will see our stacks of granite right across the street. We have been here for a good while and plan to stay for many more years. It is just a regular life of working with heavy stone and meeting neighbors.
